Built additional content into the basic website, separating out new sections and writing up some sample info for each page. Chose temporary headers and sourced a few pictures from the creative commons, made an effort to replicate citations but should read up more on the finer details and choose a standard format for future posts.

Made the Navigators tab a section for showcasing exemplary persons and mocked up two sample posts, one for Rosalind Franklin and the other for Michael Faraday. History Tab felt obligatory but forced, should be revisited early. Built a cursory page for payment options allowing donations to support the team and develop the platform. Blog section potentially valuable to maintain "the thread."

Saying "we" and "our" a lot even though it's just me here; you can call it a vision board for the future community I think this could be. Mission Statement is just a list of one-word imperatives for folks who find their way here, but it's a more complete version of a mantra I've been developing for a while. May continue to change over time so here's the current version for posterity.

Perceive. Breathe. Hydrate. Nourish. Rest. Learn. Commune. Arrive. Survive. Thrive.

If you're new here, or looking back to see what things were like at the start, thanks for taking the time.

If you're new here, or maybe this is old now and you're looking back to see what things were like at the start, I just want to say: thanks, for taking the time. Thanks for giving up some of those ever limited moments to meet me here. I may not know you, we may never meet, and maybe it's a bit whimsical of me, but I think when we read something written by another, it creates a new space, something that only exists while you're perceiving the words of another. Thanks for creating this common ground, even if just for the moment. I'm glad you exist. I hope you do good stuff and try hard and enjoy it. It's okay if you can't always live up to that. It's still worth trying for. The universe is better with more kindness and less suffering, do what you can in support of that.

Good luck out there, Navigators.
